Warehouse Operations Assistant [SL]

Carry out daily inbound and outbound warehouse activities accurately and efficiently.

Receive, check, store, retrieve, load, unload, repack and palletize goods in accordance with company procedures.

Process customer orders and handle returned goods according to established SOPs.

Ensure goods are handled and stored properly to prevent damage.

Assist with inventory counting and stock verification.

Monitor the proper use and upkeep of material handling equipment.

Maintain good housekeeping and ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements.

Operate forklifts and reach trucks when required and appropriately licensed.

Provide operational support to other teams as needed.

Undertake other job-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
