What tasks await you?

• Lead and coordinate the SAP Key User, Logistics Administration, Cycle Counting, NPM, and Waste teams.
• Coordinate fleet management and ensure efficient utilization and maintenance.
• Coordinate Layered Process Audits (LPA) and follow up on corrective actions.
• Create, maintain, and standardize SOPs and work instructions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, cost, and inventory accuracy.
• Create and monitor KPIs, identify process gaps, and implement sustainable improvements.
• Work closely with Production, Quality, IT, and other departments.

You are the perfect candidate if you:

• You have a solid understanding of warehouse management, inventory management, as well as material planning and handling.
• You are able to communicate and collaborate effectively with internal departments and external partners.
• You have a systematic approach and can easily understand complex logistics processes.
• You proactively identify opportunities for improvement and take a solution-oriented approach to challenges.
• You are a native Hungarian speaker.
• You have a confident command of English.

It’s an advantage if you have the following:

• Leadership experience in warehouse logistics or material handling.
• Experience working with SAP systems.
• Experience in process development and optimization.
• Experience in developing and monitoring KPIs.
• Experience coordinating audits and managing corrective actions.
• Experience creating and standardizing SOPs and work instructions.
• Experience collaborating with Production, Quality, IT, or Logistics departments.
