Liaise with customers via email and telephone regarding warehouse-related matters.

Update inbound and outbound transaction records accurately in the system.

Prepare, check, and process the necessary operational documents.

Assist with administrative coordination to support smooth warehouse operations.

Carry out other relevant duties as assigned.
