Warehouse Operations Executive
Summary
Coordinates daily warehouse logistics, including route planning, task delegation, and cross-department communication to ensure efficient picking, packing, and delivery operations.
Logistics & Route Planning
• Plan and optimise dailydelivery routes based on order urgency and volume
• Coordinate ad-hoccollections and last-minute delivery requirements
• Serve as backup driver whenrequired (valid Singapore driving licence required)
Warehouse Coordination &Delegation
• Issue and hand out PurchaseOrders (POs) to pickers
• Assign daily tasks topickers, packers, and drivers
• Ensure picking and packingoperations run on schedule and to standard
Cross-Department Coordination
• Liaise between warehouse,logistics, and other internal departments
• Proactively flag andresolve bottlenecks across the picking, packing, and delivery workflow
General Operations Support
• Assist with picking andpacking during peak periods or staff shortages
• Act as a floater acrossroles as operational needs dictate
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse at all times
