At LPM Singapore, we work with precious metals and bullion, including gold and silver.

As a Warehouse & Operations Executive, you'll be involved in inventory, fulfilment, logistics and daily operations, from receiving stock to preparing customer orders.

This is more than a traditional warehouse role. You'll work closely with our Operations, Retail and Customer Service teams, giving you exposure to different parts of the business.

We're looking for someone who is reliable, organised, hands-on and willing to learn.

You don't need to come from the precious metals or logistics industry. What matters is your attitude, attention to detail and ability to follow through on your work.

What You'll Be Doing

Warehouse & Inventory

• Pick and pack in-store and online customer orders.
• Prepare products securely for courier collection and delivery.
• Receive, check and organise incoming shipments.
• Assist with stock takes and inventory counts.
• Help investigate stock discrepancies with the operations manager.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organised and efficient.

Operations & Administration

• Assist with data entry, documentation and record keeping.
• Support daily operational tasks.
• Maintain office and operational supplies.
• Coordinate with couriers, vendors and service providers when required.
• Assist with operational projects and routine tasks.
• Learn and use inventory management and ERP systems.

Team Support

• Work with Retail and Customer Service on stock transfers and fulfilment.
• Support the team during busy sales periods and promotions.
• Help maintain a safe and organised workplace.

Who We're Looking For

A background in warehousing, logistics, e-commerce, retail or administration is useful, but not essential.

Experience in precious metals or bullion is an advantage, but not required.
