Job Summary

Oversee and optimize warehouse operations to ensure accurate inventory control, efficient order fulfillment and timely delivery while maintaining safety and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations to maintain accurate inventory control and streamline order fulfillment processes;
• Supervise receiving and dispatch activities to ensure timely and accurate handling of goods;
• Collaborate with internal teams and logistics partners to coordinate efficient delivery schedules and resolve operational issues;
• Enforce safety protocols and operational standards to maintain a secure and compliant warehouse environment.

Requirements

• GCE ‘O’ Level or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline;
• At least 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory control or operations; relevant experience may substitute for formal qualifications;
• Basic knowledge of receiving, picking, packing, dispatch, stocktaking and inventory management;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and comfortable using warehouse or inventory management systems;
• Good communication, coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
• Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work independently under pressure;
• Willing to work in a warehouse environment, including occasional overtime, weekends, or shift duties when required.
