Warehouse Operations Lead
Job Description:
Airtron is seeking a driven Warehouse Operations Lead to oversee daily warehouse activities and guide a team of 7–8 associates. This is a hands-on leadership role designed for someone ready to step into Supervisor-level responsibilities, with a structured development period to build leadership skills and operational ownership.
From day one, this role carries the scope of a developing supervisor, with growth focused on expanding responsibility and leadership impact over time.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily warehouse operations and coordinate team workflow
- Assign and prioritize work to maintain productivity and efficiency
- Stay hands-on with picking, staging, and organization
- Train and support team members to build a high-performing team
- Ensure accuracy in materials, inventory, and inbound deliveries
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-first environment
- Troubleshoot inventory and operational issues as they arise
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of warehouse or distribution experience
- Forklift or pallet jack experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong communication and leadership potential
- Ability to work overtime as needed

Pay Range
$26-28/hr
