Overview
Responsible for leading daily warehouse operations, improving efficiency, managing costs, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations, workflows, and layout optimization, including use of automation.
Manage operational costs, including overtime and third-party expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, supporting contract renewals and business growth.
Drive continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma and digital initiatives.
Manage budget, P&L, and ensure efficient use of resources.
Approve operational expenses and purchases within assigned limits.
Ensure compliance with local regulations (WSH, MOM, SCDF).
Monitor performance, forecast capacity, and plan manpower based on business needs.

Requirements

Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
5–8 years of experience in contract logistics or warehouse management.
Experience in P&L management, process improvement, and team leadership.
Strong analytical and commercial skills.
Proficient in data tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Strong communication and presentation skills for client engagement.
