1. Build and develop high-performing teams

2. Ensure people safety and site security
- Act as the warehouse safety leader
- Analyze every incident and implement concrete action plans
- Lead audits, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Ensure high-quality safety training and team readiness
- Deploy robust systems (evacuation plans, risk prevention, disaster recovery plan)
👉 Clear objective: 0 major accidents, 100% of incidents analyzed
3. Drive operational and financial performance
- Optimize operating costs and improve site profitability
- Co-build and manage the annual budget
- Ensure strong execution of operational standards and processes
- Monitor performance and continuously improve efficiency
4. Lead environmental impact and sustainability
- Integrate eco-responsibility into daily operations
- Implement and monitor sustainability action plans
- Optimize energy consumption and resource management
- Structure waste management and promote circular practices
