Warehouse Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily operations of overseas service station warehouses, covering accounting, quality control, equipment maintenance, and safety compliance.

2. Develop, implement, and promote quality, maintenance, and operational SOPs across overseas warehouse sites.

3. Lead the selection, management, training, and retention of transportation vendors and logistics suppliers.

4. Oversee transportation management for overseas service station warehouses.

5. Establish and optimize warehouse management processes and standard systems.

6. Conduct business data governance to support operational decision-making.

7. Execute other operational tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, or Information Systems from an accredited university.

2. Proficient in TMS, ERP, MES, WMS, WCS, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and logistics planning software.

3. Minimum 3 years of experience in global warehousing, transportation, and import/export planning; experience in multinational/Fortune 500 companies is preferred.

4. Proficiency in English and Chinese.

5. Strong skills in planning, organization, communication, coordination, and project execution; high sense of accountability and adaptability.
