Responsibilities:
- Establishing standard operating procedures (SOP) for warehouse operations
- Defining key performance indicators (KPI) and establishing metrics to improve field operations
- Set-up and support for new open warehouse operations
- Developing and implementing efficient operational processes to enhance productivity
- Leading training programs to enhance the skills of the operations team
- Monitoring performance and implementing strategies for cost control and revenue growth
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree(SCM, Business, Economics or related) required
- English/Korean bilingual speaking preferred
- 1~3+ years of warehousing, B2B & B2C logistics operation, importing experience preferred
- Have a sense of urgency and be able to work under pressure, be comfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Willingness to business travel in USA, Canada
- Demonstrates Microsoft Office proficiency
- Knowledge of systems, especially WMS preferred
