Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, no weekends

Your Role:
You will be operating the estates store to ensure a smooth supply of parts, furniture, fittings, equipment and loan items to maintenance teams within contractual timescales.
You will be acting as the local point of contact for maintenance teams, responding to queries and supporting sourcing, purchasing and stock replenishment activities.
You will be receiving, checking, storing and issuing stock, tools and equipment accurately, safely and in line with company procedures.
You will be carrying out stock takes, inventory control activities and audit checks, ensuring accurate records and documentation are maintained.
You will be managing the safe handling and control of hazardous substances, ensuring correct documentation and compliance requirements are met.
You will be maintaining a clean, safe and organised store environment while following quality, health, safety and environmental procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications: You will have GCSE Maths and English, together with a clean UK driving licence.
Experience: You will have experience within a maintenance or logistics environment, including inventory control, warehousing procedures, administrative duties and a basic understanding of health and safety.
Skills: You will have strong attention to detail, the ability to undertake manual handling activities, work independently, follow procedures accurately and use Microsoft Office applications confidently.
