Warehouse Operative
Pay Rate: £25,779
Grade: RCS P
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday Rotational 6am - 2pm and 2pm- 10pm
Location: Bawtry - DN11 9HE
✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

Accurately pick, pack, and sort customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Load, unload, and handle stock safely, including lifting items up to 25kg

Operate warehouse equipment such as HLOP and PPT trucks in line with safety procedures

Maintain high standards of housekeeping to ensure a clean, safe, and organised workspace

Work collaboratively with the team to meet productivity targets and customer deadlines

Previous warehouse experience is essential, with a good understanding of warehouse operations and processes

A flexible and positive approach to work, with a strong can-do attitude and willingness to support the wider team

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Experience operating MHE, including HLOP or PPT, is desirable; however, full training will be provided for the right candidate

A strong commitment to health and safety, with the ability to follow procedures and work responsibly at all times
