Warehouse Operative

About the role

At Eurofirms Mercamadrid, we are looking to hire a Warehouse Worker for an important company in the food sector located in Getafe.

- Receipt and inspection of goods.

- Loading and unloading of products and raw materials.

- Order preparation (picking).

- Placement and replenishment of goods in the warehouse.

- Manual handling of loads and use of pallet jacks.

- Preparation of shipments and packaging of orders.

- Support to production in the supply of materials when necessary.

- Among other tasks inherent to the job position.

Education & certifications

• ESO (Secondary Education) or completed basic studies.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or order preparation.
• Forklift license (highly valued if electric forklifts or pallet jacks are used).

Languages

-Correct spoken and written Spanish

Requirements

• Previous experience as a warehouse worker, order picker, or in logistics environments.
• Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and/or night).
• Own vehicle to access the workplace, depending on the location.
• Availability for immediate or short-term start.
