The Role

We are a leading manufacturer of premium cleaning equipment, and our business is expanding rapidly. To support our next phase of growth, we are looking for dedicated, professional, and highly punctual individuals to join our team. If you take pride in your work, value reliability, and want to build a career within a structured, supportive environment, we want to hear from you. As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our cleaning equipment products are stored, picked, packed, and shipped efficiently. Keeping operations running smoothly and maintaining our high standards for customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

· Order Fulfilment: Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatch with high accuracy.

· Stock Management: Unloading incoming deliveries, inspecting goods for quality, and organising inventory.

· Safety & Standards: Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional warehouse floor.

· Machinery Operation: Safely using warehouse equipment to move and organise stock (full training provided).

What We Are Looking For:

· Core Values: A dedicated professional with a strong work ethic and excellent punctuality.

· Teamwork: A reliable team player who communicates well and respects safety protocols.

· Experience: Prior experience in logistics or a warehouse is preferred, but not essential.

· Physical Fitness: Comfortable handling manual tasks, including lifting and moving stock safely.

· Forklift Licence: A current licence is a plus, but a willingness to learn is what matters most—full training can be provided.

What We Offer:

· Work-Life Balance: Consistent daytime hours with no evening or night shifts.

· Skills Development: Fully funded forklift training and certification for the right candidate.

· Stability: A permanent role within a secure, fast-growing organisation.
