About the role
From the RAS VALENCIA office, we are selecting a WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT WITH ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE for a company in the logistics sector located in Santiago de Compostela (A Coruña).
What you'll do
Performing basic warehouse tasks, including organization, control, and movement of goods.
Management and monitoring of orders, as well as incoming and outgoing goods.
Use of warehouse management programs to register and consult information.
Performing administrative tasks related to logistics activity.
Use of office tools, especially Excel and Word, and email management.
Attention to and resolution of incidents reported by customers (stores).
Communication and management of inquiries and incidents with suppliers.
Registration, monitoring, and updating of information regarding orders and incidents.
Collaboration with the team to ensure the correct functioning of daily operations.
What we're looking for
Basic experience in warehouse work. Having a forklift license will be valued.
Office automation knowledge at a user level, especially Excel and Word.
Experience in email management and familiarity with warehouse management programs.
Basic experience in customer service and incident resolution.
Communication skills and ability to deal with customers and suppliers.
Willingness to learn, involvement, and commitment to work.
Ease of working in a team, organizational capacity, and a problem-solving attitude.
Availability for immediate start.
Driving license and own vehicle to access the workplace.
What you'll get
Salary: between €1,800 and €2,000 gross per month.
Night shift premium: €2.73 gross per hour worked during night shifts.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, in morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
Working day: full-time, 40 hours per week.
