We are looking for Warehouse Associates for our Distribution Center. This position will be based at our Kohler, Wisconsin location. We specialize in manufacturing high-quality cast iron products. Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities Associate will be required to learn and efficiently perform in all areas of “pick zones”. These areas will include, but will not be limited to: Shuttles, Picking, High Picking, Putaway, Replenishments and Overpack. The ability to operate all PIVs, as required. Ability to accomplish tasks on your own and with others is required. You will be flexed as needed to other zones. Other duties as assigned. The actual base salary offered to a candidate may be higher than the approved range. This will vary depending on a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and a special project incentive.
