Your Impact
This role is essential to supporting our inventory management, material movement, shipping, receiving, and production support activities. The ideal candidate will have warehouse or manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and accuracy.
What You'll Do
- A commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following all company safety policies and procedures.
- The ability to accurately receive, inspect, store, pick, pack, and stage materials in support of production and shipping operations.
- Strong attention to detail when verifying product labels, packaging, inventory records, and shipping documentation.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn inventory management systems, ERP platforms, or warehouse management systems (WMS).
- The ability to safely operate or learn to operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- A proactive approach to identifying and reporting inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, equipment concerns, and quality issues.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment.
- A willingness to work collaboratively with production, shipping, receiving, quality, and inventory teams to meet operational goals.
- The flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- A dependable work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
