Position Title: Warehouse Operator
Position Location: Uxbridge, MA
Position Type/Schedule: Onsite, Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm
Compensation: $19 per hour - $22 per hour (Compensation depends on skills, knowledge, education, and experience)
Position Snapshot: The Warehouse Operator is responsible for accurately picking and delivering products to assigned work area, maintaining inventory integrity, and operating warehouse equipment safely. This role ensures proper storage, organization, and compliance with safety and 5S standards while supporting production needs.

A day in the life:
- Accurately pick and deliver materials to production team, based on work orders and pick lists.
- Process inventory transactions and scan product documentation in SAP.
- Store, organize, and maintain products in designated warehouse locations to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Investigate, report, and help resolve inventory discrepancies or material issues.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment by adhering to 5S principles and recycling initiatives.
- Conduct daily cycle counts and support periodic inventory audits.
- Proactively identify and report safety concerns to help maintain a safe workplace.
- Collaborate with and support other departments through cross-training and teamwork.
- Perform additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned.
