What you'll do

Loading and unloading: Execution of loading and unloading operations of goods, ensuring product integrity.

Order placement: Classification and positioning of orders in their corresponding storage areas.

Performing picking: Efficient preparation of orders through the use of radio frequency terminals (PDA).

What we're looking for

Education: Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO).

Personal competencies: Great commitment, sense of responsibility, and a high capacity to learn.

Availability: Availability to work in weekly rotating shifts.

Nice to have

Experience: No previous experience is mandatory (experience in sectors such as hospitality, supermarkets, or services is valued). We will highly value having previous experience in the logistics sector and PDA handling for picking.

What you'll get

Remuneration: Competitive salary of 12.87 — gross/hour.

Projection and continuity: Initial hiring of 2 weeks extendable for 3 more weeks (5-week blocks), with the possibility of contractual continuity for up to 1 year depending on performance and a high rating for subsequent incorporation into the permanent staff.

Working day and flexibility: Full-time with options for weekly rotating shifts (morning/afternoon from Monday to Sunday).

Location: Job position located in La Bisbal del Penedès (Tarragona).
