Warehouse Packaging Associate
PSE GROUP is seeking a Warehouse Associate.
In this role, you should be very organized, efficient, and experienced in fulfilling the logistics behind receiving, processing and storing inventory according to incoming product and order processing.

Position Responsibilities
The Warehouse Packaging Associate is primarily responsible for preparing, packaging, and staging customer orders for shipment while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment. The position will also support general warehouse operations and may be assigned additional responsibilities as the employee gains experience, training, and knowledge of company products and procedures.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Abide by all company safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Accurately pick and prepare customer orders from designated bin and storage locations.
- Package, wrap, label, and secure products on pallets and other shipping containers in preparation for shipment.
- Stage completed customer orders in designated shipping areas.
- Ensure products are properly packaged and secured to prevent damage during transportation.
- Receive, unload, inspect, and properly stock incoming inventory.
- Organize warehouse stock and maintain accurate inventory locations.
- Maintain and rotate shelving stock as needed.
- Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards on a daily basis.
- Maintain warehouse equipment and report any damaged or malfunctioning equipment.
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment as authorized and trained.
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries and shipments as needed.
- Assist with periodic and annual inventory counts.
- Follow proper procedures for handling, packaging, storing, and transporting products.
- Assist other departments, including shipping, receiving, counter sales, and outside sales, as needed.
- Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as the employee gains experience and demonstrates proficiency in the position.
