Warehouse Personnel

Develop Systems to be able to perform the following tasks:

1) Schedule is 7AM – 4:30PM with a half hour lunch or 6:30AM – 4:30PM with a one hour lunch Monday – Thursday, 8AM – 12Noon Friday.

2) Keep warehouse clean and organized.

3) Stage orders for foreman and notify upon arrival of material.

4) Keep accurate records of tools and equipment whereabouts.

5) Keep Purchase Orders and attach copies to Packing Slips

6) Insure all P.O.'s have prices on them.

7) If P.O's are not priced out, work with Issuee to get prices, so Accounts Payable has accurate records.

8) Pick up and Deliver material upon request.

9) Ship out items as needed in a timely manner.

10) Email needs to be main communication device.
