Our busy season is one of the most exciting times of the year, and we're looking for dependable, energetic team members to join our Distribution Center team. If you enjoy staying active, being on the move, and taking pride in accurate work, this is a great opportunity to make an impact.

As a Seasonal Warehouse Picker, you'll be responsible for selecting products for customer orders and ensuring they are delivered to our packing team accurately and on time. Your attention to detail helps create an exceptional experience for every customer.

What You'll Do

• Pick customer orders accurately using a handheld scanner
• Locate products throughout the warehouse and place them into totes or carts
• Verify item quantities and product information
• Follow established picking processes and quality standards
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work closely with Replenishment, Packing, and Shipping teams to support daily operations

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
• Bend, reach, twist, and climb stairs as needed
• Work in a warehouse environment with varying activity levels

Schedule

• Seasonal position with opportunities for overtime during peak periods
• Various shift schedules may be available
• Weekend and holiday availability may be required during busy periods

Where We Are:

This job is performed entirely in-person at our Operations Center at 401 Innovation Drive, North Clarendon, VT 05759.

“The Bus” stops at our front door several times a day! Look for the Rutland Airport Business Park stop on the Manchester-Rutland bus line. You can also request our stop on the Ludlow line when it is running between Thanksgiving and Easter. We always do our best to accommodate schedules for employees who ride The Bus and provide free passes as a perk for all employees.
