Location: Blue Ash, OH
Work Environment: Climate-controlled Production Facility
As a Warehouse Production Lead, you will support operations by planning, coordinating, and managing tasks within the production facility. After completing training in all areas of the production center, you will focus on a specific area.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Production Manager on hiring needs, daily priorities, and workload
- Manage inventory by taking part in quarterly physical counts.
- Manage and train seasonal staff in specified areas as workload increases.
- Learn and understand all areas of the Team Processing Center.
- Coordinate with the Production Manager to ensure daily priorities and prioritize workload
Team Receiving
- Receive all team-related products and spirit wear
- Coordinate with purchasing on issues or missing items for purchase orders
- Inventory management
- Coordinate with the purchasing department regarding overstocked products and request Return Authorizations (RAs) as needed
- Locate new product received and remove obsolete products to free up bin locations
- Provide feedback on any receiving and inventory functions to help improve processes
- Returns – Create debit memos for defectives, missed shipments and general returns
Pulling
- Coordinate priorities and orders to be pulled with TPC manager
- Print batches to be pulled
- Manage inventory corrections
- Help and assist with stocking and restocking product to bins
- Pull RTV’s for team product
- Pull all redistributions for products to be transferred to stores
Customization
- Manage and organize inventory of all numbers and logos.
- Communicate in a timely manner to ensure proper inventory.
- Train and help manage employees in all aspects of the customization process.
- Proper application of all logos and numbers
- Proper usage of heat press machines.
- Develop and maintain procedures to customize, personalize and track orders.
- Inspect products to ensure they are pulled correctly.
- Inspect garments to ensure that embellishment is correct.
Packing/Completing/Shipping
- Check products to ensure proper customization and items being sent to customers
- Prepare order for final shipment directly to customer or to store location for pickup
- Completing all paperwork to close order out of system
- Bulk shipping for store location order pickups
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, comfortable working with technology, and committed to producing accurate, high-quality work.
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet production deadlines
- Ability to lift boxes and packages and remain on your feet for extended periods
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, manufacturing, or production experience is a plus
- Previous heat press or CAD cutting experience is highly desired but not required
