We are seeking a Warehouse Professional to join our team at our Harrisburg, PA location! To be successful in this role, a candidate should be organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy warehouse environment. This position involves receiving inventory, fulfilling customer orders, shipping materials, assembling equipment, and supporting daily warehouse operations.

What You'll Do

• Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders.
• Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory and materials.
• Process receiving and order fulfillment transactions in our inventory management system.
• Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Assemble new equipment for customer delivery and document equipment received for repair.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
• Work collaboratively with branch personnel to ensure timely and accurate customer service.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

What You'll Bring

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred.
• Forklift experience or willingness to obtain certification.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive, professional attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Experience with inventory management systems or construction and industrial supplies preferred.
