Oversee warehouse projects across APAC, optimizing logistics via process analysis, automation (AGV/ASRS), and digital tools to boost operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute regional warehouse projects (footprint optimization, tender, setup, migration and stabilization), drive operational efficiency through Warehouse Process Analysis (WPA), and implement warehouse automation initiatives across the APAC region.
Project Management: Lead end-to-end warehouse tender and implementation projects across APAC countries.
Warehouse Process Analysis (WPA): Conduct systematic WPA at warehouse to verify costs and identify concrete improvement activities to optimize logistics efficiency.
Warehouse Automation & Digitalization: Drive warehouse automation (e.g.AGV, ASRS) and digital solutions (e.g., OCR tool, BI dashboards) to improve operational productivity.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Improvement: Collaborate closely with other logistics functions (e.g., Transport, Customs, Packaging) or lead crossfunctional improvement projects to optimize end-to-end supply chain performance.
