Job Summary
The Warehouse Puller/Driver supports oil and gas field operations by efficiently pulling, staging, loading, and delivering materials, tools, and equipment. This role ensures accurate order fulfillment, safe transportation, and proper handling of heavy and sensitive oilfield materials while maintaining warehouse organization and inventory accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
- Pull, stage, and prepare materials, supplies, and equipment based on work orders, pick tickets, or delivery schedules
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material-handling equipment
- Inspect materials for damage, accuracy, and compliance with job requirements
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse conditions
- Assist with inventory counts, tagging, and stock rotation
- Accurately complete paperwork, delivery receipts, and electronic records
Driving & Delivery
- Safely transport oilfield materials to customer sites, rigs, yards, or field locations
- Follow DOT regulations, company policies, and site-specific safety requirements
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on assigned vehicles
- Secure loads properly to prevent shifting or damage during transit
- Communicate delivery status and address issues promptly
Safety & Compliance
- Follow all company, OSHA, DOT, and customer safety guidelines
- Wear required PPE at all times
- Participate in safety meetings and required training
- Report incidents, near-misses, or equipment issues immediately
