Job Overview
As a Warehouse Receiving Associate, you’ll play an important role in our daily warehouse operations by receiving and inspecting incoming merchandise, maintaining accurate inventory records, and helping ensure products are properly organized and ready for the next step in our operation.

What You’ll Do
  • Receive, unload, and organize incoming merchandise and deliveries.
  • Verify shipment contents against invoices, packing slips, and purchase orders.
  • Inspect products for damage, defects, shortages, or other discrepancies.
  • Label, sort, and place inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Accurately enter and maintain receiving and inventory information using computer systems.
  • Report inventory shortages, damaged merchandise, and shipment discrepancies to management.Assist with inventory counts, audits, cycle counts, and stock replenishment.
  • Work closely with team members and other departments to keep warehouse operations running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Previous warehouse, receiving, stocking, distribution, or retail experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the work shift.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a team.
Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Experience with inventory tracking or warehouse management systems.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, retail, or fulfillment environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience receiving merchandise, checking shipments, stocking inventory, or performing inventory counts.
