Warehouse Receiving Specialist (Overnight)
Pay Range: $18.58 - $23.13 per hour PLUS $4/hour shift differential
The scheduled hours for the role are Monday through Friday from 10:00pm-6:30am!

You get to see what comes through our doors before our customer do! NFM’s warehouse is a fast-paced, team environment where the receiving team works diligently to fill our warehouse with the products our customers need to create the home they love.
Job Duties: A Day in the Life
Handling products so you are safe and the product is damage free
Safely use mechanical aids (flats, dollys, box cutters etc.)
Maintain accurate inventory
Breakdown merchandise, and unload onto flats from trailer
Operate Scan equipment to locate, pick, bin and cycle product
Safety Handle product in a safe and secure manner and observe material handling safety practices
Accuracy Locate and return-to-stock, received goods and transferred product into appropriate areas
Report Conduct driver load exception reports ensuring all products have been picked and binned for accountable processes
Monitor Track daily progress and immediately report discrepancies, errors or potential roadblocks to supervisor

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?
Must be 18 years of age
Positive, upbeat attitude
Ability to work in high places
Machine operations experience preferred
6 months’ labor or warehouse experience preferred
Ability to lift, push, pull required weights per established requirements for the department
Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs

Hiring ProcessOur hiring process includes an Interview Day designed to help candidates learn more about NFM while allowing us to get to know you better. After reviewing applications, selected candidates will be invited to attend our Interview Day on Thursday, 9/10/26, where they can meet with leaders, learn about the role, and participate in interviews.
