Warehouse Receptionist

At Elevé Talents, we are looking for a Warehouse Recepcionist with a structured, dynamic, and detail-oriented approach to ensure the accurate receipt, inspection, and recording of all incoming goods and inventory.
In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting shipment conditions, verifying delivery notes against purchase orders, logging incoming products into the inventory system, and coordinating initial stock placement with the warehouse operations team.
Desired Profile:
Proven experience in warehouse receiving, inventory control, or administrative warehouse roles.
Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP software, and MS Office tools (Excel, Word).
Exceptional attention to detail for physical counts, packaging quality checks, and spotting inventory discrepancies.
Strong communication skills to liaise smoothly with vendors, carriers, and drivers.
High level of organization, teamwork mindset, and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
