Warehouse Repack Associate

The Warehouse Associate – Order Selector is responsible for accurately selecting and preparing produce orders for shipment in a fast-paced, refrigerated warehouse environment. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to food safety and quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Select produce items based on customer orders using voice-pick or handheld systems

• Inspect produce for quality, freshness, and damage before packing

• Build pallets securely and efficiently to prevent damage during transport

• Shrink-wrap and label orders for delivery

• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or electric riders (training provided)

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse

• Follow safety protocols and food handling guidelines

• Meet productivity and accuracy goals set by supervisors
