What is an Employee Stock Ownership Plan??

- Minimum age for this position is 18 years.
- Must be able to work in a cold environment (approx. 35 – 53 degrees)
- Must be able to work standing for long periods of time.
- Frequent lifting of product between 15 – 45lbs.
- Frequent bending, squatting, pushing, and pulling.
- Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations (reading scale).
- Must follow instructions, respond to management directions.
- Attendance is critical; employee must be dependable to report to work on time as scheduled.
- Ability to pass the pre-employment screening: background check and drug test (THC does not disqualify you).
