Warehouse Sanitation (Nights)

Martin Bros Distributing is currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Sanitation employee to help maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment. This position plays a critical role in ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards while supporting overall warehouse operations.
The sanitation employee is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the warehouse and surrounding areas in accordance with sanitation procedures, ASI and HACCP regulations, and established cleaning schedules. This role may also assist with a variety of other warehouse operations as needed.
This position works Sunday - Thursday overnights from 11:00 pm - 7:00 am (end time may vary; overtime/holidays when required).
Key Responsibilities

Clean all warehouse areas daily according to established cleaning schedules.
- Serve as the primary custodian of the warehouse
- Follow all ASI and HACCP sanitation requirements.
- Adhere to daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules.
- Recycle and bale cardboard and plastic materials
- Assist with other general warehouse duties as needed.
Skills & Requirements:
- 18+ years of age
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous warehouse, sanitation or custodial experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment
- Ability to stand and walk and lift for up to 8.5 hours per shift
- Ability to work in all areas of the warehouse environment including dry, produce/refrigerated, and freezer.
- Upon offer, successfully pass all pre-employment screenings prior to start date.
