Warehouse & Service Centre Support Assistant

Smart Living Gallery (SLG) is looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to join our growing retail team.

You will assist homeowners, interior designers and other customers in selecting suitable smart home, smart lighting and home automation solutions based on their needs and lifestyle.

Candidates with experience or knowledge in lighting planning, lighting layout or lighting design will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, check and arrange incoming goods

Pick and pack orders for delivery and installation

Prepare products for customer collection

Assist with loading and unloading

Maintain stock records and conduct stock checks

Handle returned products and service items

Keep the warehouse clean and organise

Check and troubleshoot basic product issues

Test returned products and identify possible issues

Requirements:

Able to understand how electronic / smart home devices work

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Warehouse, technical support, electrical or smart home experience is an advantage

Training will be provided
