🕒 Working Hours: 12-hour rotating shifts
- Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise warehouse operations during assigned shifts.
- Allocate manpower and assign daily tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
- Monitor daily operational performance and ensure productivity targets are achieved.
- Act as the primary escalation point for operational issues during the shift.
- Oversee receiving, put-away, picking, packing, staging, dispatch, and loading activities.
- Support inventory cycle counts, stock takes, and investigate inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and minimize stock loss through proper warehouse controls.
- Verify the accuracy of warehouse documentation, including GRNs, ASNs, Delivery Orders, and pick lists.
- Plan manpower requirements to support daily operations and peak periods.
- Coach and train team members on warehouse SOPs, WMS usage, and workplace safety.
- Monitor attendance, performance, and compliance with operational procedures.
- Ensure warehouse equipment such as RF scanners, material handling equipment, and printers are properly maintained and available for use.
Requirements
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, or a related discipline.
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations is an advantage.
- Able to lead a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanners.
- Comfortable working 12-hour rotating morning and night shifts.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
