As a Warehouse Shunter, you’ll be working on our afternoon shift, Monday to Friday, with a minimum of 40 hours per week and overtime opportunities available.

In return for your hard work, we offer a base rate of £15.62 per hour, with overtime paid at an enhanced rate for hours worked over 40 per week.

No shunting experience? No problem! Warehouse employees who hold a Category B (car) driving licence will receive in-house training to enable them to shunt vehicles safely around our yard.

Already hold an LGV C+E licence? You’ll also receive a £100 per week responsibility allowance.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• These positions are permanent
• Moving trailers and loading vehicles
• Safely operate your vehicle adhering to XPO standards
• Start time – between 1100 and 2000 (Monday – Friday)

What you need to succeed at XPO:

• We’ll need you to have a full UK driving licence Cat B or CE
• You’ll have no more than six penalty points on your licence and no DD, DR, IN, or CD endorsements.
• Good warehousing experience
