Warehouse/Shuttle Driver

• Move trailers throughout the yard to facilitate efficient loading and unloading operations.
• Perform scheduled shuttle runs between company facilities, customer locations, and off-site storage locations.
• Operate Class A CDL equipment on public roadways in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Perform daily pre-trip, post-trip, and equipment inspections on tractors, trailers, spotter trucks, forklifts, and reach trucks.
• Communicate trailer movements and operational needs with warehouse personnel, drivers, and management.
• Maintain trailer movement logs, shuttle documentation, and Spot Trailer Reports as required.
• Operate forklifts and reach trucks daily or as directed by supervision.
• Receive, load, unload, stage, pick, and verify customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Participate in physical inventories, cycle counts, labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, repacking, and rebranding activities as needed.
• Conduct daily forklift inspections and follow all food safety and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
• Comply with all Standard Operating Procedures and technology platforms as defined by FST.
• You will be held accountable to comply with all defined business processes and the utilization of all technology platforms, as defined by FST.

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Ability to meet DOT driver qualification and safe driving requirements.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and/or holidays depending on business need.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift and reach truck certification/experience preferred.
• Experience operating RF scanners.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in varying indoor and outdoor conditions.
• Excellent maneuvering abilities in tight spaces including backing and trailer positioning.
