Warehouse Specialist

The Medve Group, Inc. is actively seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Warehouse Specialist in Irving, TX. He/she will be expected to assist the Warehouse Manager and Assistant Manager with all day-to-day operations to ensure timely flow of Vima Décor products to our properties and clientele.

- Oversee the management of stock
- Assist manager with upkeep and maintenance of inventory control system
- Assist with coordination of local daily deliveries
- Process UPS and freight labels, cycle counts, restock and transfers
- Process P.O.’s and invoices
- Demonstrate excellent occasional in-person and phone customer service
- Act as a warehouse lead to the associates in the field as needed
- Help load, unload, sort and move products throughout the warehouse
- Demonstrate accurate order picking skills
- Ensure orderly, safe, clean and proper working conditions at all times
- Other duties as assigned by the manager
Requirements:
- LTL shipping and quoting experience is a benefit
- Proficient PC and email communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must be able and willing to physically work alongside crew
- Standup forklift experience
- Able to work Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm with occasional overtime
