Position Summary

As part of the UST team and broader Tech24 network, the Warehouse Clerk supports daily warehouse operations, including installation staging, inventory organization, shipping and receiving, material handling, and overall warehouse upkeep.

This role will help establish and maintain an organized and efficient warehouse environment while ensuring technicians and field teams have the equipment, parts, and materials needed to support daily operations. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

As warehouse operations continue to grow, this position may provide opportunities for increased responsibility and advancement.

Key Responsibilities

· Stage and prepare installation equipment, parts, and materials for field teams

· Receive, organize, and maintain warehouse inventory and parts

· Assist with shelving, storage organization, labeling, and inventory accessibility

· Support shipping and receiving activities

· Coordinate the movement of materials, equipment, parts, and other items entering and leaving the warehouse

· Maintain accurate and organized inventory records

· Help ensure technicians have the necessary parts and materials available when needed

· Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment

· Assist with warehouse maintenance and general operational support as needed

· Follow company procedures and all applicable safety requirements

· Assist with other warehouse duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications

· Previous experience in a warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, material handling, or similar environment preferred

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· Ability to maintain accurate inventory and an orderly workspace

· Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple warehouse-related responsibilities

· Strong communication and teamwork skills

· Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

· Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory or warehouse management systems

· Ability to regularly lift and/or move objects weighing 10–50 lbs.

· Ability to comply with all applicable OSHA standards and company safety procedures

· Ability to work in a warehouse environment and perform physical material-handling duties as required

Physical Demands

· Regularly lift and/or move objects weighing 10–50 lbs.

· Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the warehouse as required

· Ability to safely handle and move warehouse materials and equipment

· Comply with all applicable OSHA standards and company safety procedures

· Ability to perform computer-based tasks, including continuous use of hand and finger dexterity when operating a keyboard

· Continuous use of sight to view information on a computer screen and read labels, inventory information, and documentation
