Warehouse Clerk

Position Summary

We are seeking a Warehouse Clerk to support warehouse operations, installation staging, inventory organization, shipping and receiving activities, and overall warehouse upkeep. This role will help establish and maintain an organized warehouse environment while ensuring technicians have the equipment and parts needed to support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Stage and prepare installation equipment for field teams.
• Receive, organize, and manage inventory and warehouse parts.
• Assist with shelving, storage organization, and inventory accessibility.
• Support shipping and receiving activities.
• Coordinate the movement of materials, equipment, and other items entering and leaving the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
• Assist with warehouse maintenance and general operational support as needed.
• Help ensure technicians have the necessary parts and materials available when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, or similar environment preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage inventory and maintain an orderly workspace.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple warehouse-related responsibilities.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday.
• Typical operating hours range from approximately 6:30 AM or 7:00 AM through 4:00 PM or 5:00 PM, depending on operational needs.

Work Environment

This role is expected to evolve as warehouse operations grow and expand. While the position does not currently include direct supervisory responsibilities, future opportunities for increased responsibility may develop as the warehouse infrastructure expands.

Physical Demands:

• Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50lbs
• Comply with all applicable OSHA standards
• Continuous sitting in an office environment
• Continuous use of hand and finger dexterity when operating a keyboard
• Continuous use of sight to view information on a computer screen
