Summary
Warehouse Specialist handles receiving, storing, and distributing materials in a Singapore-based warehouse, ensuring inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
ALG is currently recruiting for Warehouse Specialist for our renowned client based in Singapore.
This is an exciting contract opportunity to support warehouse and store operations by ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, inventory management, and distribution of materials to support daily operational activities.
Job Responsibilities:
Receive, unload, and inspect incoming deliveries to ensure accuracy and quality.
Store, label, and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
Perform stock counting and inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or internal distribution.
Ensure accurate labeling and documentation of goods and shipments.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Conduct routine checks on warehouse equipment and report any issues.
Report damaged goods, inventory discrepancies, and safety concerns to supervisors.
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Job Requirements:
Possess a minimum GSE ‘O’ Level certificate or NITEC.
Basic knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.
Able to perform physical work and handle manual lifting.
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with other teams.
Possess a valid Class 3 driving license is an advantage
