Warehouse Specialist (JR 13223)
Work Location: 7, Loyang Drive, Loyang Industrial Estate Singapore 508938
Your role
- Receiving and processing of incoming materials into storage locations
- Picking of materials from storage locations
- Picking and packing of materials into cartons, applying labels as needed by customer requirements
- Packing cartons to pallets and facilitate outbound deliveries
- Internal warehouse activities such as cycle count, scrap, returns
- Can be cross deployed into other Warehousing functions
- Performed other related duties as assigned.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Comply with all EHS policies and procedures as implemented at site
- Support Site and Production as needed
- Ability and willingness to work shift and overtime as required
- Able to carry physical load up to 20kg
- Key accountabilities include but not limited to Daily Volume Target fulfilmentProductivityQuality 5S, housekeeping standardsCompliance to Work Instruction and Procedures
Skills & Experiences
- Previous working experience as a warehouse or production operator for at least 1 year preferred.
- Able to perform 12 hours shift (day/night)
- Hands on experience with inventory and logistics software applications, such as SAPWM preferred.
- Able to use warehouse equipment such as pallet jack, goods hoist, label printer, Office printer and RF scanner
- Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, any field
- Good team working attitude
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Quality and positive mindset
- Hardworking and willing to go the extra mile
- Able to support overtime as per business needs
