Warehouse Specialist

Position: Warehouse Specialist (Assistant Manager Level)
Location: Bangkok
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:0017:00

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping orders

• Manage inventory control and ensure stock accuracy

• Optimize warehouse processes for efficient and timely order fulfillment

• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure smooth and on-time deliveries

• Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for real-time tracking and reporting

• Ensure all warehouse activities comply with safety and operational standards

Qualifications

• Male or Female, age not over 40 years

• Bachelors degree in a related field

• At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce warehouse or distribution

• Strong understanding of inventory control and order fulfillment workflows

• Hands-on experience with WMS, barcode scanning, and automated systems

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
