Opportunity:
Kem Krest is seeking a Warehouse Specialist who will Independently execute daily tasks related to the packaging and organization of inventory using various tools and equipment. Work with the Team Lead and Supervisor on projects that develop the business. Mentor team members in executing standard work and provide input to reduce risk and safety related items. Demonstrate proficiency in LEAN tools and techniques to independently resolve issues. Interpret data and outputs to improve performance. Ensure accurate components are packaged and data is captured timely. Willingness to cross-train and assist other departments based on business needs.

- Full-time, 40 hours per week

Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor team members in executing standard work and equipment procedures.
- Train others in required tasks and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Operate and inspect material handling equipment (MHE) and ensure daily readiness.
- Apply LEAN tools and basic problem-solving techniques to resolve and escalate issues.
- Interpret operational data and KPIs to drive performance and throughput.
- Plan and organize workloads to meet production goals efficiently.
- Lead safety initiatives and contribute to risk reduction and environmental responsibility.
- Drive waste elimination and process improvement activities across the floor.
Your Contributions:
- 1–2 years of experience in a production or operations environment.
- High school diploma required; relevant certification or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proficiency in equipment operation, LEAN tools, and standard work practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to train, mentor, and hold team members accountable to performance standards.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
