Warehouse Specialist
MANTECH seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented Warehouse Specialists to join our team in Guam, Japan, Korea, Australia and the Philippines.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Serves as the final Technical Authority for warehouse inventory accuracy and storage optimization.
Authorize high-level inventory adjustment protocols and validate complex Stockage Plans for critical mission assets.
Approve specialized handling procedures for sensitive or Special Operations–peculiar equipment to ensure long-term readiness.
Provides strategic oversight of Joint Theater Distribution Center operations in the Pacific AOR.
Lead the implementation of advanced demand analysis to synchronize replenishment with tactical requirements.
Validate that all warehouse activities align with theater-specific sustainment and distribution goals for Special Operations Forces.
Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

Minimum Qualifications:
Lead Level
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or a related field and 12+ years of position-relevant experience.
Advanced certification in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
Senior Level
High school diploma and 10+ years of position-relevant experience (additional education may be substituted in lieu of experience).
Professional certification in Warehouse Operations.
Midlevel
High school diploma and 3+ years of position-relevant experience (additional education may be substituted in lieu of experience).
Forklift or Material Handling Equipment (MHE) certification.
Junior Level
High school diploma and a basic knowledge of supply chain management.
Foundational familiarity with warehouse safety and organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with USSOCOM or USPACOM warehouse management systems.
Expertise in maritime expeditionary storage solutions.
Clearance Required:
Must hold an active Public Trust Clearance
Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
