Warehouse Specialist

Marshall Industries Inc., an employee-owned company established in 1975, is a leader in the Audio/Video integration industry and we serve a wide range of sectors including Healthcare, Education, House of Worship, Communications, and Commercial AV. We are currently seeking a Warehouse Specialist to join our team in the St. George area.

Primary Role:

The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for coordinating inventory, equipment, and project materials; managing receiving, storage, staging, and distribution activities; and ensuring technicians have timely access to the resources needed to support efficient project execution.

• Responsible for ensuring the quantity and quality of incoming equipment
• Oversee inventory re-order levels of all equipment to assure appropriate level and maximize turnover of equipment
• Ensure that incoming equipment is properly received, unpacked, and stored
• Develop and maintain efficient inventory tracking system
• Responsible for adjusting incoming and outgoing inventory in information system
• Oversees inventory counts to assure accuracy of current monitoring system
• Prepares, organizes, and stages project-specific inventory and equipment in advance to streamline technician pickups and support efficient field deployment.
• Participates in year-end inventory count
• Ensures the proper packing and delivery of equipment to customer site
• Monitor the return of unused job-related inventory to vendor or stock
• Retains and reviews warehouse documents and reports
• Other duties as required or assigned by company management
