Warehouse Specialist

Job Summary

This role will oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations to ensure efficient workflow, inventory accuracy, and compliance with customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and outbound shipments to maintain smooth operations
• Manage warehouse personnel to achieve operational productivity, uphold service quality, and meet customer requirements
• Ensure inventory accuracy by implementing stock control measures, conducting cycle counts, and resolving stock discrepancies promptly
• Prepare commercial invoices, packing lists, and other shipping documents accurately for overseas shipments
