Core Responsibilities (Day-to-Day Fulfillment)

  • Pack and Label Orders: Ensure customer orders are prepared with precision, meeting quality standards every time
  • Handle Bulk Fulfillment: Efficiently manage large-scale shipments, collaborating with the team to maintain accuracy and speed
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Keep your workspace organized and safe to support seamless operations
  • Team Collaboration: Work together to achieve daily goals and exceed customer expectations
  • Prioritize Safety: Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for everyone

Specialist-Level Responsibilities

Advanced Fulfillment & Execution

  • Own complex, high-priority, and custom orders from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and on-time completion
  • Identify and resolve order discrepancies, inventory issues, and fulfillment challenges in real time

Local Sales & Paint Operations

  • Support local sales fulfillment, ensuring orders are prepared accurately and ready on time
  • Execute custom paint mixing to precise customer specifications
  • Maintain strict quality control across labeling, documentation, and final product output

Equipment & Inventory Operations

  • Support order fulfillment and inventory flow through picking, replenishment, and staging activities
  • Learn and safely operate warehouse equipment, including cherry picker (order picker) forklifts, as part of daily operations
  • Follow all safety procedures when handling equipment and working with inventory

Operational Ownership & Continuous Improvement

  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve workflow, organization, and efficiency
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and areas to ensure consistent execution and performance
  • Act as a dependable, go-to team member for day-to-day operational support

Required Qualifications

  • Reliable with a strong work ethic and consistent attendance
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks (bending, lifting, standing for extended periods)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, solution-focused mindset
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Ability to be trained and become certified on warehouse equipment (including cherry picker/order picker) within the first 60–90 days

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution experience
  • Experience operating warehouse equipment (forklift, cherry picker, etc.)
  • Experience with custom product handling (paint mixing, kitting, or specialty orders)
  • Familiarity with inventory systems, scanners, or warehouse management systems
