Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary:

Oversees inventory, warehouse operations, material supply, and finished goods dispatch while ensuring accuracy, safety, and GMP compliance.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory of Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, and Finished Goods.
• Ensure accurate stock records and conduct regular stock counts.
• Oversee receiving, storage, issuance, and dispatch operations.
• Implement FIFO/FEFO practices and maintain warehouse organization.
• Coordinate material supply to production and finished goods delivery.
• Supervise warehouse staff and prepare inventory reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, and food safety standards.

Main Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG.
• Good knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
