Warehouse Supervisor

· Daily Operations & Supervision: Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities (including receiving, storage, picking, packing, loading, and shipping) to ensure efficient workflows, proper duty allocation, and timely order fulfilment.

· Team Leadership & Training: Lead, guide, coach, and support staff (warehouse assistants and drivers), monitor performance, and train new team members to maintain high productivity and service standards.

· Inventory Control: Monitor inventory accuracy, conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, highlight replenishment needs, and implement corrective actions.

· Planning & Logistics Coordination: Plan manpower, daily workloads, delivery schedules, routes, and vehicle utilization. Coordinate with sales, logistics, and customers to meet requirements and resolve operational issues.

· Safety & Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, safe working environment, ensure proper housekeeping, and enforce compliance with workplace safety regulations and company policies.

· Continuous Improvement: Identify and support initiatives to improve warehouse efficiency, processes, layout, and inventory management.
